Whats in it for you? Your teams will be competing in five of our most popular attractions:

Competition One:18 Hole Miniature Golf

Teams will break into groups of four using a shot gun start. Our course has everything from a loop, moving bowling pins, hit through the rotating windmill and paddle wheel, and we even have a water hazard hole. The course will surely test each competitor's skills. Five bonus points are given to the competitors that get a hole in one. Get a bullseye on hole 19 receive 10 bonus points. Team with the lowest combined score wins. The win is worth 50 points.

Competition Two:Bumper Boats

Teams divide up 6 to 8 per team. This activity will test the abilities of the team members as they use their boats to manuever a beach ball from the middle of the pool to the opponent's side. The catch is only the boats can be used to push the beach ball. Sorry, no hands and feet allowed. Boaters can use the water blaster cannons on their boats to distract and soak their competitors. This attraction will cool your staff as they test their driving abilities while working together to get the beach ball across the pool for the win. Best 2 out of 3 wins the competition. Winning team will receive 20 points.

Competition Three:Batting Cages

Team members will test their athletic abilites in hitting slow pitch softball. This will be a high arch pitch that is used in men's slow pitch softball. Each team member will have to make enough contact for the ball to go past the marker on the ground. The more skilled team members can help their teams by taking advantage of the targets on the fence that will earn them 5 bonus points per hit. Each batter will receive 16 pitches, each hit will earn them 1 point. Keep score of teach team member, then add all score totals together to get the team total of points earned.

Competitions Four:Bumper Cars with Laser Tag (Not Go-Karts)

Teams divide into groups of 6 to 8. This competition will certainly be interesting as team members get the opportunity to bump other co-workers as they try to manuever their cars behind opponent's car and hit the fire button to knockout the opponent. The team with the most amount of laser knockouts wins. When your car gets hit with the laser, car shuts down for 4 seconds with a sound effect and lights flashing. Best 2 out of 3 wins. Team with most amount of Laser Tag hits wins. Winning team will receive 20 points.

Competition Five:Go-Karts

Team members will draw for their Go-Karts and starting positions by luck of the draw. We will have four heat races where points determine karts and starting positions for the championship race. Teams will work together to help their team members finish in the top 8 positions. The top eight positions will be awarded points per place at the finish of heat races. After four heat races, the racer with the most points gets their choice of kart for the championship race. Each team will keep track of their points earned by each racer. Points earned by racer will give them choice of car and starting position. Points earned will be added to team points at the conclusion of the championship race. Winner of the Championship race will receive an additional 20 points for the win.

Conclusion

Relax at Grady's Soft Serve Ice cream picnic tables, total scores and enjoy ice cream and share your memories with co-workers. See how well your team did and see who is the winning team. team with the most points wins. The winning team will be awarded with a Grady's Team Building Achievement Award trophy.

Rates and Times

We offer two time slots, 9:00AM to 1:00PM with lunch served after the Team Building Exercise or 12:00PM to 4:00PM with lunch served before the Team Building Exercise.
Lunch is served from 12:00PM to 1:00PM with your choice of Grady's Pizzas served buffet style. each participant will receive salad with warm toasty breadsticks and soft drink.

The retail value of the Lunch and Team Building Exercises is $54.89 per person - We will offer your corporation the pizza lunch special and the Team Building Exercise at an unbelievable price of just $39.95 per person.

If you would like to participate in the Team Building Exercise only, without the pizza lunch, we can offer that for only $29.00 per person. All five competitions and ice cream to relax at the conlusion of your event is still included.

Number of participants needed: 2 Teams or Units of 12 to 16 participants per team.
