We began accepting applications for the 2009 season at Grady's Family Fun Park on March 16, 2009
We are always looking for passionate, responsible, honest, mature, and friendly individuals to join our staff. A successful
Staff Member will need to have an outgoing personality, a strong work
ethic, flexible availability, and like to smile
Working at a park like ours requires a special kind of person.
This is show business and we need people who love working with the
public. We need people who smile a lot, enjoy working as a
team and helping others. These are all key elements of a
successful Staff Member at Grady's.
Additionally, as with most entertainment locations, weelends and holidays are very busy times at the park.
Working at these times will definitely be part of your employment requirement.
Although working at Grady's Family Fun Park is a big responsibility and can be a lot of work at times,
it's also a fun place to work. you will receive discounts on food items purchased at the park locations,
discounts on miniature golf, and an end of the season bonus for those who qualify. Whether you are a high
school or college student, an educator looking for summer employment or just seeking a fun place to work to
make some extra money - we may have a position for you.

after 4:30 Tuesday through Sunday. Once the Fun Park is open, you may drop off your application anytime after
12:00 Noon in the Golf Building.

Pursuant to the Illinois Carnival & Amusement Rides Safety Act (430ILCS 85), Grady's Family Fun Park is
mandated to conduct:
A Criminal History Records Check consistent with the Illinois Uniform Conviction Information Act,
and a check of the Sex Offenders Registry at the time of hire.
Participate in a Random Drug Test of all employees.
Carnival Amusement Operators must be at least 16 years of age to operate amusement rides or to assist
with amusement rides.
